Hi, welcome! I'm Latrina, owner of Lovely Day Fragrances, LLC.  Thank you for supporting my small business.

I'm committed to delivering services & product that meets and exceed customer expectations through determination, creativity and passion. Products are handcrafted in our Redford MI home. Materials are sourced within the US from reputable suppliers.

A little bit about me.
I'm a wife & mom of three. I drew blood as a phlebotomist. I’ve worked in charter schools as a Special Needs Para-professional before I decided to become a full-time SAHM mom and business owner.  My handsome husband is Greg, 

a man of many hats. He's also an Entrepreneur, IT and a Realtor. 

I became a stepmom to a bright young man since he was five, Jr, Greg's son from a previous marriage.
He served in the army for a short time and has left the nest. He's an introvert so he keeps to himself. Three years after my husband & I married, we welcomed to the world our first born son together, Daniel. I've always desired a child of my own. I struggled with fertility issues for years but with God, anything is possible! Daniel was diagnosed with Autism by age three but nonetheless, he's very special to us all. His favorite pastime is swinging on his swing in our yard & playing with his baby brother Joshua. Yes that's right, another blessing was born to our union. Joshua is our spunky Koala bear lol! He loves to give bear hugs and play on his learning tablet. Joshua is also our rainbow baby. There's a rainbow after every storm. My husband and I have been married for 14 years since January 2006. I'm truly blessed to have a loving, supportive, handsome, PATIENT hahaha! productive & awesome husband. I love my family with all of me.

How Lovely Day Fragrances was born
I absolutely love music of just about any genre! Well, while dating my husband, I would sing to him in a cute silly tone, Bill Wither's classic hit... Lovely Day. Greg thought it was cute and it became our thing over the years lol! Fast forward 17 years later, we both were laying in bed one night. I pondered a name for my candle business. I was uncertain if Zen or Lovely Day would be my final choice. So, I asked Greg, "should I go with Lovely Day?" He said, "why not add fragrances to the name?" "You'll be offering perfume, soaps etc in addition?" I totally agreed. 

In 2017, Lovely Day Fragrances was born. The name in part is sentimental for me because everyday is a Lovely Day 

with my husband Greg. I love you Smoony! lol!


For my birthday, my husband surprised me with my first candle kit. Talk about excited! I love anything with a

 beautiful aroma. This craft is my passion and I want to share it with you. Thank you for visiting!
